I realize how important 'Confidentiality' of the students is.
As an educational assistant we will come in contact with a lot of personal information about different students (e.g report cards, health records, address, phone numbers etc).
I learned that each of us needs to have an idea about what we want our 'personal brand' to be.
As an educational assistant, it is important to create a personal brand. This is how you want others to view you. Your "professional behaviour and attitudes" (Giancola, 2017).
